This slide communicates the need to halt the data/information evaluative process for data/information determined by Higher Authority to necessitate internal retention.

If you’ve reached this slide, higher authority has determined that ALL of the data/information will necessarily be retained internally at this time and further review should be conducted by the D/A before making a determination to move forward with a cloud migration.
