that some or all of the data/information is expected to be held at a higher
level of security due to its classification by aggregation (e.g., TOP SECRET). This may also indicate Mission or Risk Based special considerations that suggest that the government would prefer to host this SECRET data/information within a cloud instantiation on site in a federally hosted and managed private cloud.
